Marjorie Pitz:    Exhibits / Willow

Marjorie has created summer art exhibits for the MN Landscape Arboretum, Bakken Museum, and the U of MN.  Temporary installations provide the chance to experiment with materials, including: tubular balloons, woven willow, funny eyeballs, solar fountains, soil cement, stretched fabric, and carved foam.

Most projects were interactive, and encouraged kids to climb and run and play.  Kids love woven willow!

Marjorie learned to increase small budgets by engaging volunteers and sponsors to help expand the projects.
